Lead Frontend Developer

Scope of responsibilities:

1. Setting the technical direction of the frontend in projects for clients from various industries, with emphasis on scalability and high-quality solutions.
2. Designing and developing frontend applications in React, creating intuitive, responsive interfaces that simplify complex business processes.
3. Serving as a technical leader: conducting code reviews, supporting architectural decisions and mentoring Frontend Engineers in project teams.
4. Close collaboration with backend, product and design teams, adapting solutions to changing client requirements.
5. Designing and implementing interfaces using AI features in client products.
6. Ensuring code quality, performance, security and maintainability in a multi-project environment.

• Can clearly communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Thinks in terms of product and understands the impact of frontend decisions on the client's business.
• Is flexible in working with different projects, technologies and requirements.
• Is fluent in Polish and English (min. C1).
• Is ready to take on hybrid work (minimum 2 days a week of on-site work in the office in Wrocław)

Technical competencies required for this position:

• Very good, practical experience in React and modern frontend.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript in production projects.
• Experience in designing and maintaining frontend architecture in a commercial environment.
• Good practices in responsive design, accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with state management tools (e.g. Redux, Zustand, Recoil).
• Knowledge of frontend application performance optimization.
• Basic backend knowledge and API integration in a full-stack model.
• Experience working with Git and team workflow in a software house.
• Knowledge of AI tools and frameworks or willingness to develop in this area.
• Experience in AI-assisted programming will be an additional asset.
• Knowledge of React Native will be an additional asset.
