Terms of Service — Correct Context Sp. z o.o. Job Portal

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Correct Context Sp. z o.o. job portal (the "Portal"), which is hosted on the Ceevee recruitment platform operated by Correct Context sp. z o.o. (KRS 0000699600, NIP 9532727782, REGON 368514828, ul. Joachima Lelewela 27, 85-652 Bydgoszcz, Poland). By using the Portal you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Roles under EU GDPR / Polish RODO
Data Controller: Correct Context Sp. z o.o. is the sole data controller for all personal data submitted through this Portal. Correct Context Sp. z o.o. determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is the entity to which you must address all GDPR / RODO requests.
Data Processor: Correct Context sp. z o.o. provides the underlying recruitment software (Ceevee) and acts solely as a data processor on behalf of Correct Context Sp. z o.o. under Article 28 GDPR. Correct Context sp. z o.o. processes personal data only on the documented instructions of Correct Context Sp. z o.o. and is not party to the recruitment relationship between you and Correct Context Sp. z o.o..
2. Use of the Portal
By using the Portal you agree to submit truthful and accurate information, not to submit data of third parties without their consent, and not to upload special category data (Art. 9 GDPR — including data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, health data, or data concerning sex life or sexual orientation) unless explicitly required for the position and agreed with Correct Context Sp. z o.o..
You must be at least 18 years old to submit an application through the Portal.
3. Recruitment Communications
By submitting an application through the Portal and providing the relevant explicit consents on the consent screen, you authorise Correct Context Sp. z o.o. to contact you using:
• automated AI voice calls placed on behalf of Correct Context Sp. z o.o. on the phone number you provided, for pre-qualification purposes (e.g. budget expectations, type of work, availability, similar recruitment criteria);
• SMS / text messages about your application and the recruitment process;
• automated emails about your application and the recruitment process.
You may withdraw any of these consents at any time by contacting Correct Context Sp. z o.o. directly. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. AI Processing and Human Oversight
Your application data may be analysed by AI tools provided by Correct Context sp. z o.o. on behalf of Correct Context Sp. z o.o. to extract structured candidate information, generate match scores, summaries and assessment profiles.
AI outputs are recommendations only. They do not constitute automated decisions within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. All hiring decisions are made by human recruiters at Correct Context Sp. z o.o., who bear sole responsibility for those decisions.
Your application data is not used to train AI models. AI providers used by Correct Context sp. z o.o. are bound by data processing agreements that prohibit training on customer data.
5. Intellectual Property
The Portal software, its design, AI models and underlying source code are the intellectual property of Correct Context sp. z o.o.. Job content, gallery images, brand assets, logo and copy on this Portal remain the property of Correct Context Sp. z o.o..
You retain ownership of all data you submit. You grant Correct Context Sp. z o.o. a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data for the purpose of evaluating your application, and you grant Correct Context sp. z o.o. a corresponding limited licence solely as required to provide the underlying software to Correct Context Sp. z o.o..
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Neither Correct Context Sp. z o.o. nor Correct Context sp. z o.o. guarantee that the Portal will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or complete.
Correct Context sp. z o.o. is not party to the employment relationship between you and Correct Context Sp. z o.o.. Correct Context Sp. z o.o. is solely responsible for hiring decisions, recruitment communications, the lawfulness of processing of your personal data, and compliance with applicable employment, anti-discrimination and data protection laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Correct Context sp. z o.o.'s aggregate liability arising from or relating to your use of the Portal shall not exceed €100.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bydgoszcz, Poland. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence may also apply.
