Senior Graphics Designer – Remote Work

We're looking for an experienced designer who will shape the visual identity of our projects and support the creative team fully remotely. You'll work asynchronously, defining your own work rhythm and having an impact on real projects from conception to finalization.

What you'll do:

• Create design concepts and visual components for digital products and marketing materials
• Work in tools like Figma, Adobe CC or similar, documenting processes for the team
• Support other designers and developers through clear communication and asynchronous feedback
• Develop design systems and visual guidelines for brand consistency
• Participate in regular calls (with no obligation to be available 24/7)
• Manage your own projects and deadlines in a flexible schedule

What we're looking for:

Minimum 5 years of experience, a portfolio showcasing comprehensive projects, ability to work in a distributed culture and willingness for asynchronous collaboration. Written communication is key.

Requirements

### Must-have
- Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio demonstrating professional work
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools
- Experience in creating materials for various media (print, web, social media)
- Strong visual communication skills and understanding of design principles and typography
- Ability to work independently in an asynchronous environment with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Polish and English (communication with international team)

### Nice-to-have
- Experience with motion design or animation
- Knowledge of UI/UX design and tools like Figma
- Portfolio containing branding projects or visual identity
- Experience working with distributed teams
- Design certificates or online courses (AdobeCC, Interaction Design)
