Managing sales team (targets, planning, coaching, KPIs)

Min. 3–5 years of experience in a managerial position in: sales, operations or branch management (preferred: service industry, logistics, rental, construction, facility management)
Experience managing a team (sales + operations / logistics)
Documented sales success and/or business profitability improvements
Very good negotiation skills (clients, suppliers, subcontractors)
Analytical approach to data (budget, margin, costs, KPIs) and ability to draw conclusions
Independence in decision-making, ownership of results and team
Category B driving license and willingness to travel on business
