Compliance Specialist

Your scope of responsibilities:

• Participation in the identification, assessment and monitoring of compliance risks in the compliance area.

• Monitoring regulatory changes (KNF, AML – in the scope of cooperation) and support for their implementation in the organization

• Review of internal regulations, procedures and instructions

• Support for the Data Protection Officer's tasks

• Cooperation with business, IT and legal teams in the scope of compliance

• Participation in implementation projects for new products and services

• Preparation of reports, summaries and materials for the Management Board and regulators

• Participation in training activities and compliance awareness-raising in the organization

Our expectations:

• Min. 2 years of experience in the Compliance area in financial institutions.

• General knowledge of regulations concerning financial institutions (KNF, AML – in the scope of cooperation).

• Ability to clearly formulate recommendations and conclusions for business needs

• Experience or actual exposure to procedures, policies or internal instructions (participation, support, updates)

• Ability to work with data, summaries and documents (reports, presentations, internal materials)

• Willingness to cooperate with business, IT and legal teams and to learn "from within" how a regulated organization operates

• Very good knowledge of MS Office package

• Communicative knowledge of English (minimum B2 level)

• Willingness to make independent decisions and to work in a team

Nice to have:

• Experience in cooperation with audits or regulators (even in a supporting role).

• Participation in training activities or creation of educational materials in the compliance area.

• Training or certifications in compliance, AML or personal data protection.

• Knowledge of compliance and risk support tools.
