Lead Frontend Developer

Setting the technical direction of frontend in projects for clients from various industries, with emphasis on scalability and high-quality solutions. Designing and developing frontend applications in React, creating intuitive, responsive interfaces that simplify complex business processes. Acting as a technical leader: conducting code reviews, supporting architectural decisions and mentoring Frontend Engineers in project teams. Close collaboration with backend, product and design teams, adapting solutions to changing client requirements. Designing and implementing interfaces utilizing AI features in client products. Ensuring code quality, performance, security and maintainability in a multi-project environment.

Very strong, practical experience with React and modern frontend. Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript in production projects. Experience in designing and maintaining frontend architecture in a commercial environment. Best practices in responsive design, accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility. Experience with state management tools (e.g. Redux, Zustand, Recoil). Knowledge of frontend application performance optimization. Basic backend knowledge and API integration in a full-stack model. Experience working with Git and team workflow in a software house. Knowledge of AI tools and frameworks or desire to develop in this area. Fluent Polish and English (min. C1).
